Everything!!
It makes me feel powerful and motivated for the rest of the day!
Enjoyed everything about it. Fast paced, pushed me in a good way. Great workout over all !
Sweat
The coaching helps me reach my goal to complete the class. Everyone is very welcoming from the minute I enter the studio! I also like the group class, everyone working together but at their own pace!!!
Instructor
Very effective. Over the last 6-7 months I can see the difference
Great workout
I find that the time during an OTF work out flies by, and I'm happy with the level of work and effort I need to put in to get a great sweat. Definitely feel great after each workout and rather than dread going to the gym, I'm looking forward to booking my next class.
I love the heart monitors it helps me track my progress and accomplishments. It also helps me push myself more during the workout based on my zones. I’ve made a lot of improvements just competing with myself.
The coaches keep me motivated and the program keeps me interested.
My experience thus far has been great. The staff really pushes me and are extremely nice!
Amazing classes with the best coaches !!
Really motivating, clean, and great workout!
Great coach and staff, beautiful studio!
The music is too loud and you can’t hear the instructors giving instructions.
High/low impact cardio. Every workout is different and fun!
Collegial friendly atmosphere!
Coach Alex and Wynter are both great! They make the workouts enjoyable. The music that coach Alex plays really gets me pumped for the workout! It’s a great. What I love about orange theory is that it’s a continuous challenge within yourself, and you really can see progress.
I love the intensity and the change in routine and I like having coaches there to assist with instruction and also motivation. I enjoy the change up in different kinds of classes, e.g. power days verus endurance days. I love the music by Winter and Alex. I like the heart monitor to track myself during the workout and see my results after. I like that it’s not a competition with anyone, and instructors focus on you doing your best for yourself each day. I like the shower, towels, and amenities. I joined during the pandemic so I didn’t previously see any of that. I like the environment - I think staff and members are all welcoming and friendly. I like the class time offerings - just wish there were later options on Friday night or weekends.
Different every time. Good mix of cardio, weights and body weight exercises.
I like that I don’t have to prepare - only show up and work
The OT FiDi team is incredible! They have challenging workouts that move fast and give results! The coaches and staff are professional, personable and friendly. Always willing to help and they go above and beyond! Amazing team and created a nice community! Also, gym and facilities are very clean!
Instructor and front desk staff were all super friendly and helpful!
Friendly staff and members and excellent classes
Friendly staff
I love the atmosphere. It gets me to work on cardio and core, things I’m not likely to do on my own
Love that I can track my progress quantitatively and how hype the coaches are!
It’s efficient, different every time and challenging
Gym experience is really positive - coaches are great, front desk staff is nice, music is good and content changes really often. Favourite classes are the distance based runs (usually have the sheet of paper on the tread). I find the running parameters a bit hard to read - If my base is 5, then my sprint is recommended to be 7 (which does not feel like a sprint). A negative is that sometimes the class on the OTF app is not the class offered (2G vs 3G - much prefer the longer weight section on 2G).
