I think it's a terrific place to be frank. It just rubbed me the wrong way when I didn't show up for a month or two but only heard from OT when my payment info required an update. I don't take it personally, but how I feel is how I feel, and you asked :)
I have never thought of myself as a runner but the fun team environment encourages me to grow and learn.
I love that it is individualized and taps into the competitive side without making it a competition. When i look at my splat points and stats each week I'm challenging myself to go harder.
Best full body workout you can get in a hour.
Great coaching and workout.
I love how it incorporates all excercises and parts of a great workout. Including Cardio, calisthenics and weight training. The heart monitor is an add on bonus which shows us and teaches us how to control your BPM/heartrate throughout the 60min class while keeping track of all your previous workouts. This allow us to look and track all progress made while attending.
I have been coming for over a year and I don’t like the variability of new templates. Instructors are great and the front desk is super nice, but I cancelled my membership.
I only attend 2G classes because I dislike rowing and it doesn’t raise my heart rate. There seems to be much more 2G classes run like 3Gs now and so many run/rows. Classes where there is less than 25 min of straight running are not worthwhile to me.
I don’t like partner/team workouts or switch workouts. Lots of wasted time.

I love that Orange Theory is a different workout every day. The coaches encourage you to push yourself and be a little better or faster in every block.

Everything! The energy, the variety, the coaches, the front desk staff and all challenges! It motivates to keep getting better and continue competing with myself to become better than I was yesterday.
I like the emphasis on cardiovascular fitness.
Like that the workout is never the same, that the trainers focus on the workout and not on philosophy (i.e. soul cycle) and the friendly, casual staff.

It’s fun and effective. It’s challenging without being way over the top and unsustainable over a longer period of time. And the instructors are all great !
For newbies, the class is a bit hard to follow. Better explanation of the activities would be appreciated
The staff should try to get to know more of the guests instead of talking to the same "regulars" every time before and after class. I've participated in all the themed shirt classes I've gone to and have never been part of a picture or held the brag board.
Varied workouts with thoughtful programming. Love the recent template updates that include repeated templates. Modified exercises always provided and alternative cardio options are available.
It always changes. It’s challenging and the tech drives me to compete with myself. And the best part are the results!

Results
I loved my first class. Coach Bethany was fantastic. Everyone in the class was really kind. The workout was challenging but so much fun. I was on such a great adrenaline high. I can’t wait till my next class. I’m addicted!
