I'm Generally pleased with my relationship with Suburban Plus Propane. My only issue is with the delivery driver (#2397, Truck # 4784BT) who has caused damage on my property on 11/22/2023. My issue with the driver is he never accounted for his careless actions. I immediately reported the situation to Customer Service and received a follow up from Suburban Propane's Jeremy Dugan who deserves my compliments for responding to this matter and providing remedial actions to my satisfaction.
Delivery occurred well before the estimated date and since I did not need to be home, it was a welcome suprise.

Amazing customer service
Filled talks and had still plenty left. Never had to worry about running out. Just happy they filled tanks when prices were down. I know they go by gauges on tank but if they know prices are going up like to be top off before pice increase It helps those on SS to afford things. I had them for short time and no problems and happy with service.
