We are on the auto delivery plan and on the rare occasion when I need to call for an extra delivery (because we have a generator that uses LP gas) generally in the Summer, the process is easy and delivery is within a couple of days. We autopay as well, which makes the process even simpler.
I don't have to worry about running out of propane. I find the office employees helpful and friendly. The delivery staff is friendly and respectful of my property. It's a no brainer!
