They come regularly to fill our tank. Prices seem very high this delivery. I am very disappointed that the propane filling station in Oak Ridge has been closed. I have gotten propane there since the early 70s. Bring back our filling station! NOW!!

Difficult to reach a person in the office when calling. It took a number of phone calls to reach somebody initially. Always got voicemail. They said they would call back, but it took a while for the return call. Also, if somebody had a propane leak there should be instructions on who to call.

The driver was very attentive to my concerns. Took the time to find the cause of my issue & then called the office in order to have a service tech dispatched to address the problem. The technician was very professional, having arrived in about an hour.
