Consistent delivery
Deliveries have been seamless (my dog barely notices when they come), but this past one was special. The driver noticed my interior door was open and called me twice to make sure everything was ok (I was in the shower). Very neighborly of him and much appreciated.

Quick response to my question. I recently bought a home with an older propane tank and asked Eastern Propane to evaluate the condition the tank. They came, evaluated and said that the tank was in fair but adequate condition, replacement was up to me. I opted for a replacement. The tank was built in 1969!

So far, so good! Dayle and Natalie seem very genuine, and even advised me to wait a little longer to fill-up my propane tanks because as a first-time account I'd get a lower initial rate. So it seems like they/the company are out for your best interest.
I can say that as having this as my first home with propane, I was getting worried I would run-out because in the end it's up to dispatch to make sure they get to you to fill-up, but the guy arrived in the time-frame that Dayle told me, so that was reassuring (I was down to about 20% and 24% by the time I called again to schedule).
****My only concern/issue was that I had initially called maybe a week or two prior, and my account was setup with a gentleman who said that they'd call me back within 24 hours to give me an account # and to schedule a delivery, my tanks were around 30% at that time. I never got a call and called back 48 hours later, which at that point my main contacts were Natalie and Dayle. Again, Natalie and Dayle took care from me at that point and everything was fixed and scheduled. So all good, just giving that last bit of feedback.
