I sent an image that was too low-res to print correctly. Taylor let me know, and tried to stop the order from processing. Unfortunately it was too late. What I really appreciated what that she then offered to go 50/50 on a reprint with a higher-res image. I'll definitely come back the next time I need a banner! Taylor is awesome!
I made a couple of calls prior to placing my order to ask questions and got great help. After placing my order I called again to make a minor adjustment before confirming the banner design and again the response was helpful and positive.

The reason I went with you guys is because I only needed a few stickers to fix some existing signage. Most other sites require a minimum purchase of 25 or more which would have been such a waste. I was also very happy with the size customization options.
