I’m extremely happy with our banner. Customer Service is excellent! Cerise answered all my questions, and production was fast, accurate, and just as ordered. Delivery was quick as well.

I highly recommend BANNERS.com, and will be back for any future banner needs.

HINT: The only problem was my own omission of two important letters, “TM”, which I will paint on, myself. Be a better proofer than me! LOL!

Simple ordering and layout system. We had a small problem with a double sided banner and a directional arrow being pointed the wrong way on the back side but Jenny was able to fix it up before printing. Over all it has been a great experience and we will definitely be using Banners.com for any banner we need.

The order was actually filled incorrectly, but customer service had me fill out a form and send pictures, which I did. Customer service recognized the issue and are resending my order. I was prepared to have to cancel the credit card purchase with all the annoyance of that process, but Tiffany in customer service was experienced enough to recognize the error and fix the problem.
