What did you like about your ordering experience?

This was my first time ordering from decals.com and I had a wonderful experience. Ashley was great to work with. She helped me coordinate the proof so the design was exactly what I wanted. I love the decal and the icing on the cake was the hand-written note thanking me for my order. You do not see that from pretty much anyone today and it didn't go unnoticed! Highly recommend.

Customer service and your pro designers are great and very responsive.
I do give you a few comments on your website as it needs some help.
1) When you create a design and put it in your cart and then seek to further edit it, loses all the narrative notes that were typed it. I had a 3 paragraphs I had to recreate. ugh ugh.
2) When trying to insert text in a design after typing out the text, it would not release the text box, the cursor was stuck on the box dragging it all over without releasing it. The only option was to backscreen and try to start all over. It happened multiple times when creating a new insert or just trying to move an existing item.
3) I have used artwork on previous orders I would have liked to use again, yet the artwork I used in previous orders is not accessible unless I saved it previously as a design. I think I should be able to access my previous order artwork/ inserts for copying.
4) Lastly, when designing a banner and using your "Add Clipart" tool, I would like to be able to search the available art, not just scroll by category.

Cerise Jones, my customer service representative, was fabulous. I thought that a large, national company like Banners.com would be severely lacking in customer service, but that wasn't the case at all. The order process was simple. I didn't have specific artwork for a Feather Flag, so sent over a couple of bits of artwork with our logo, along with an explanation of what I would like to see, to then have a professional designer take it from there. The proof was perfect, first draft, and I can't wait to see the final flag. I would highly recommend Banners. com to others.

The ordering process was super easy and quick. I was unsure about how to order two different colors for the same decal and I emailed the ordering department. They responded super quickly and made it extremely easy to approve the image and pay the invoice. I would definitely recommend.
