I liked the help customizing the banner, though I would recommend having a really good idea of what you want before you start. I was working with a group and the ask changed a couple of times and while the final product was great, the process took longer than ideal.
Awesome experience. Shipping cost does not match the market for flat envelopes, its about 60% higher than it should be.
