Customer support is excellent!! I had a small issue with my logo decal that I didn't catch until I applied it to my trailer. I called Decals.com customer service, explained my situation and they sent a new set at no charge and resolved the issue!! I will definitely be doing more business with them in the near future. The acceptance of small orders and the preciseness of the proofs. The one thing that I found negative regarding your customer service is that the overall process took way longer than it should have for such a simple order, but more than anything it was the lack of someone picking up the phone to communicate!
