Ordering banners is fairly simply but if you need help their Customer Service staff are the best. Holly helped me. She was nice, helpful, fast and efficient and made the process very smooth.
The Design Department was also fast and efficient, sending my proof for approval the very next day.
Only trouble I had was there was no where to upload a tax exempt form (we are a non-profit church) and, though I called and sent that in before I sent order, the proof came so quickly that accounting dept did not get the certificate in time to have tax deducted and have had no response on a way to recoup that charge.

The banners had a good quality finish. Colors were bright and the images were clear. Also, the ease of use of the website was appreciated, as I tried a couple of other companies that were not user friendly.
