Everyone was very helpful, I approve the changes and I thought I put my credit card in, but I guess I didn’t finish and when I called and asked about it, they said that I didn’t finish, but they were very helpful and put the rush on the order and I got it a day before they told me it would be here. This had to be the best online ordering experience I've had!! The website was easy to use and designing my banner was a breeze! I asked for them to double check it to make sure everything looked good and I had a response back in about 2 minutes. Nick was wonderful! He called me and let me know everything was good to go. I approved the mock up and it was at my house in a week! I would absolutely order from here again!!!

Website had a lot of information and explanations of certain specifications that aren't always obvious. Customer service, for the most part, did respond quickly by email, and I always was able to talk to a person when I needed immediate answers before committing to an order. I have not received the product yet, so can't speak to that, but the ordering experience was very good.
