The fellow I talked to on the phone was extremely nice. He was honest explaining he didn’t know a lot about cross country skiing equipment but could do some research. The price was cheaper than I could by used here in the Ottawa valley. I wish more businesses were run like this. I can tell when a company has soul or not and only choose to do business with them. Thank you and good luck this country deserves more like you. I own a small service business also and appreciate it. Name removed

Staff at North Star cycle are top notch extremely helpful and kind, we purchased two mountain bikes this year from them, one of the bikes had some manufacturing issues definitely not a fault of there’s and replacement parts were weeks away, they gave us a brand new bike to use till ours was repaired.
That is A+ service in my opinion.
