Staff at North Star cycle are top notch extremely helpful and kind, we purchased two mountain bikes this year from them, one of the bikes had some manufacturing issues definitely not a fault of there’s and replacement parts were weeks away, they gave us a brand new bike to use till ours was repaired.
That is A+ service in my opinion.
