The fellow I talked to on the phone was extremely nice. He was honest explaining he didn’t know a lot about cross country skiing equipment but could do some research. The price was cheaper than I could by used here in the Ottawa valley. I wish more businesses were run like this. I can tell when a company has soul or not and only choose to do business with them.
