Good service, explained issues and provided quick fixes

They had several of the harder-to-find products I was looking for to equip myself for the Across Andes 800k gravel bike race in Chile. They were responsive to my emails. There was one minor issue with my order which they very promptly recognized and made good. All in all, I am happy and would certainly buy from them again.

Great staff!

Excellent price. Great service. I had an issue with the wrong group set on the bike I purchased (manufacturer error?) and I spoke to Ryan and we sorted out. I ordered the bike online and it came well packaged.

The customer service was fantastic! They were accomodating and did everything possible to make sure I am going to enjoy my new bike! Highly recommend!
