Your prices were excellent for the dropper post, cable and remote that I bought and your customer service rep Maryn was fantastic when she called, needing to replace the dropper remote I purchased with another one (because you were out of stock on the one I had selected.)
Shipping was free and fast.

was assisted as soon as I walked in the place - an item that I was interested in was in stock - had ample time to give it a boo - decided to ask for a discount - was given 10% off the sticker price for what ended up two items I purchased - no hassles at checkout-n-I was on my way in short order - so far I've used the products twice since the purchase-n-am more than pleased - me happy boy!

I got sent the wrong brake pads but Northstar staff immediately made it right by sending me the correct set and also letting me keep the wrong one. Couldn't have asked for a better remediation of the situation.
