The cabinets turned out great. The wood doors matched what was already there (The kitchen had been previously redone by Granite Transformations). The stone matched good too. There was a slight shade difference but not that noticeable. I would have liked a couple of pieces of trim around the stove. A detail we forgot.
We have already recommended GT to an interested party. The GT crew, including the designer and office staff, were very friendly, accommodating and efficient. Thanks for the great job.
The install took longer than we were told, and I was thinking that the faucet was ready to be hooked up because they took it out of the box and set it up on the counter. Big surprise when I went to attach the water lines and found out that it was just sitting in the hole and nothing else had been done!
Having done some very simple plumbing myself I thought that I could attach everything. It would be nice to have your sales people educated in what needs to be done when you install a newer, large sink where the depth increases and how much that effects the connections.
It does look great and we are glad we did it.

I have used Granite Transformations in my kitchen, bathrooms, and den. My projects ranged from counter tops, fireplace facing with mantel, and cabinet refacing with new doors and draws. There have been several different crews installing the products for each project. All of the crews have some common characteristics--they are all masters at what they do, all have an eye for detail, and they are all perfectionists about what they do. It is very raw to come across a company with an outstanding product and crews to match. I have been more than pleased with all the work that has been done at my house and have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who wants custom work in their home. The icing on the cake is that this company stands fully behind their product and their work. They will make it right!!!

We like the fact that we received excellent service, from the sales representative through to the installers. The products are excellent and endure the wear of time. Sales rep was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and professional. The installers were respectful of our home in doing the job as effeciently as possible and cleaning up at the end of each day. We were also impressed that the owner was involved with the demolition which consisted of gutting the kitchen to four walls.
We especially like the fact, being older customers, that the job is completed as quickly as possible, not dragging out over months. This is an attractive attribute in comparison to many of my friends who have had kitchen renovation last for months and months.
We are repeat customers, having three bathrooms and a full kitchen completed by Granite. We are extremely satisfied customers.

Customers service and professional installers, and the stone. Is there a less toxic chemical to use to seal the stone and clean the glue during installation?

The installer s were very nice. The counters are very pretty, I like them a lot. I like the sink but the faucet is Hugh. Matt said something about the sink cutout counter material being a cutting board? Brandon was very nice also his helper. They left everything neat and clean.
Justin was also nice and neat. Matt was very helpful in choosing a color and style counter to go with my cabinets. Very pleased.

A problem was identified following instillation which was speedily inspected and attended to.
Very professional and a pleasure to work with. Was given a 2-3 week time frame for everything and it only took a week. Everybody was very knowledgable about the products and services. Cleaned up the working area after everything was installed. Norge was very precise on the cabinets as well as Taylor on the countertops. They answered all my questions and ensured that I understood what was being said/stated.
Only issue I had was with Josie because the deposit didn't hit the company's account as quick as she thought it would. Called to see if it cleared my bank, which it did, but she insisted that something was wrong and deposit should have been there. She basically informed me that my project couldn't start until they had the deposit. I then basically told her that this was between her and the bank and as far as I was concerned - the deposit was there and that the project should start. She needs to be a little bit more patient with that and with the customer. Not the customers problem if deposit not made into company's account....as far as I was concerned...it cleared and end of story.
Product and service was outstanding.
