First I think of the beauty of it. Several of my neighbors and family have been wowed when seeing it for the first time. Next, I liked that I could call the gentleman who came originally, Ryan, who gave me his cell phone number and told me to call with any questions. I did, and he usually answered -- and if I left a voicemail, he returned my call.
Then, there was Dustin, the installer. He did such a good job! He was very polite and professional and made sure everything was done correctly -- even if he had to come back on a Saturday, which he did!

We had a great experience from start to finish with Granite Transformations. From our first meeting with our sales person at our home to our calls with Monica and the owner measuring for the template it went well and they were very nice and knowledgeable. I must say the group of installers came in and got right to work, finished installing the countertops , new sink and backsplash and did a great job cleaning up and answering any questions.
We had countertops and a backsplash put in - absolutely stunning! What a difference they made. Customer Service 10/10! Can’t say enough about the team - from when I made my first appointment, to the ordering process with Dennis and the install.

Installation was very quick, about 3 hours for our kitchen. I didn’t even know that there were 2 workers until my husband told me. They were pretty quiet! Excellent, perfect work. No mess afterwards to clean up. And now, of course, our kitchen looks top notch. 😁
After my contact with GT it was quick to schedule an initial meet. After that it did not take long to schedule a measure and fit meeting. The quartz was made to order and installation was very smooth and to perfection. GT was able to enlarge our countertop so that we could have a bar area. I love going into my kitchen and admiring my beautiful countertop. Thank you GT!
Service, communication, product choices, knowledge and really everything from the time I met Shelly has been nothing short of excellent. Shelly helped with selection, pricing and payment. The office communicated expectations for installation and Tim did an outstanding job with the installation. I love my new countertops. Demolition of old 1970's laminate backslash was very very difficult and NOT for 1 person to do. Took almost the entire morning. Recommend 2 people for such a job.
Communication is the key, and very lacking from my project manager and some workers. Keep in touch with clients to ease their fears.
Dave, John, Joshua, Jeremiah, and Alex; thank you so so much for helping to bring my kitchen and master bath into the 21st century. Alex is the BEST 2nd string plumber and needs to be 1st string. I would hire him anyway. I love my new toilet and faucet. Thanks for tightening up shower head (I thought it was broken, not loose).

I am HAPPY AND VERY APPRECIATIVE, just call or text if a technician cannot make it to someone's house, as I canceled/rescheduled doctor's appointments to be home everyday for you without having a standby. Do whatever is necessary people wise to ensure promised completion date.
Even though we went PAST our completion date, I'm still happy with the results.
