Granite Transformations did a very nice job on our master shower pan remodel. Our installer, Tyler, always kept us updated on arrival times, how long he would be working, and was very skilled installing the product. Granite Transformations did a job that several other companies wouldn't even touch. They were able to replace the shower pan without removing all of the shower tile. Other companies wanted to replace the entire shower. This saved us money and the job looks great.

Granite Transformations made such a nice upgrade to my kitchen. They were able to go around a garage cabinet which held me back from any other product. The product is really a nice product resistant to higher heat levels,
scratches, beautiful and much more durable then other products we looked at before choosing Granite Transformations. John and James were very polite, professional and did a wonderful job of installing. They made sure we were happy with every detail as they were installing. GT even sent James back out 3 weeks later to chaulk a little opening on the underground sink. We are extremely happy with the product and installation.

Overall, we had a good experience. Sales team was very helpful The installation team like was was timely, courteous, and professional and friendly.Areas for improvement are:
1) if a product has a design or any veins in the full piece, using a sample that shows that design would be VERY important. (The small sample we were shown did not display the veins) Fortunately, the finished piece looks great, but the “surprise” left a negative impression.
2) since you routinely install a backsplash over or around switches and outlets, it would be more professional for the crew to have #6-32 X 1 1/2” screws for reinstalling those switches and outlets.
Working with Granite Transformation was great, and our cabinets turned out beautifully. Christina our Sales Rep, was very knowledgeable, informative and a good listener to our specific needs, and not pushy just to get the sale. Also, Allen who installed the refacing and new doors and drawers, did a fantastic job, was very careful and detailed oriented, plus cleaned up at the end of each day. And, Bruce did a great job too.
We highly recommend Granite Transformation to any home owner looking to reface their kitchen cabinets.

Great installation process
How nice the new countertops in the bathrooms and the new marble backsplash in the kitchen looks without spending a fortune. The new backsplash in the kitchen really transformed the kitchen into a much brighter room. And that is without the new paint on the walls.
