Overall, we had a good experience. Sales team was very helpful The installation team like was was timely, courteous, and professional and friendly.Areas for improvement are:
1) if a product has a design or any veins in the full piece, using a sample that shows that design would be VERY important. (The small sample we were shown did not display the veins) Fortunately, the finished piece looks great, but the “surprise” left a negative impression.
2) since you routinely install a backsplash over or around switches and outlets, it would be more professional for the crew to have #6-32 X 1 1/2” screws for reinstalling those switches and outlets.
Working with Granite Transformation was great, and our cabinets turned out beautifully. Christina our Sales Rep, was very knowledgeable, informative and a good listener to our specific needs, and not pushy just to get the sale. Also, Allen who installed the refacing and new doors and drawers, did a fantastic job, was very careful and detailed oriented, plus cleaned up at the end of each day. And, Bruce did a great job too.
We highly recommend Granite Transformation to any home owner looking to reface their kitchen cabinets.

Installation/Demo team arrived each day at the time they said they would. Project went smoothly until we received the cabinet doors with glass in the center panels. The wrong glass was used and what we wanted took an extended period to get in stock and cut.
Product they used was above average and will last for a lot of years.

Only having new countertops a few days, I like the change and new look it gives to the kitchen.
Installation went well and I'm sorry installer had to come back and adjust fitting of the sink, but he did and now hopefully we can get water hooked up soon.
