Service was prompt and appreciated. We had racoons invade a room and they stunk it up. The first service was perfect and you could not even tell that there had been wildlife in the room. They got in again and the second service didnt cover the odor the same as the first. Not certain what changed but whatever was done the first time was great, second time good but not great.
Hello Jenny! Sorry the second time did not meet your needs. There was some confusion as to what we were to be cleaning. Our technician was told to reclean the area we cleaned the first time then, when your office got ahold of you, he was told a different area. Perhaps the area you needed cleaned was not the one we did? We'd be happy to send the tech out to meet with you personally to ensure we clean the areas you need. We can also evaluate to be sure there aren't areas the raccoons stunk up but may not be visible, and therefore have not been cleaned.

I was so happy that there was a Zerorez in the Santa Rosa Beach area. Alex, the technician, was in time and very professional. Carpets and floors looked great. I’ve asked Dune Allen Realty to please use Zerorez for all future cleaning.
