Setting up an appointment was seamless, they send text msg reminders, Jarrett was the technician that came to do our service and he was polite, very nice an took all precautions to protect any/all surfaces-walls He complleted our service and took me around to ea. area tone sure it was to my liking. Dan arrived on time and did a fine job cleaning and sealing our Travertine floors throughout the house. He communicated very well during the cleaning/sealing process to insure required drying time.
