Drew was beyond professional. We were packing for a trip so we had left and went to breakfast and he let us know when he was almost done to come back. The carpets smelt fantastic and clean. We have a corgi so he tends to make the house smell a certain way, upon entering the house it went great. Drew was polite and on time. Will get this service done every 6 months hopefully.
