Victor was my tech and arrived on time as scheduled. Communication from the scheduler was great, kept me in the loop with what to do to be prepared. My carpet was extremely dirty and it is pretty old but the technician did a wonderful job and it looks better then I imagined that it would. I will definitely be using your company again in the future. Also they arrived early so the job was done early and efficiently.

The finished product is outstanding. Victor did an excellent job with pretreatment and a thorough cleaning. He was friendly, professional, and very experienced. The carpets were a wreck from dog and cat accidents, and except for a few spots of permanent staining, they came out very clean looking. I will definitely look to ZeroRez for future carpet cleaning needs.
I called Zerorez because they use non toxic products. Jarrett and Kayte were on time and professional. They were careful in my house and used corner protectors to prevent scratches on the walls. My carpets look great. They were able to get out a food stain that I didn’t think would come out. I will use them again.

The appointment was made easily and the technician was very prompt, he even called and let me know he was on his way. I like that, then you have a better sense of when the will arrive. My technician was very considerate and professional. He wore a mask and booties over his shoes. He was very nice. I will definitely be calling to get my carpets cleaned after our home renovations!
