You were quick to deliver, especially for a 96-year-old senior citizen, lady, Mom. You probably put seniors first, especially 90+-year-olds.. I imagine you do. In this case, you made another senior citizen almost a Centurion feel very safe and secure. It makes a big difference in that person‘s life. You do this every day without anyone mentioning. I’m mentioning it because as this is very much appreciated. God sees it. That’s all that matters. I will continue being your customer as long as I can. I really don't know much about your company to pass judgment when it's the first feedback and I haven't even gotten gas from you yet. But your service man that came out to check the tank and all the lines was very professional,very nice guy. I really don't see us having a problem unless when it gets super cold I get price gouged which isn't a good thing to hit customers with when they're struggling to pay the bills.if that happens I will drop you and then I'm going to go all electric in this house and do away with gas. Sorry to be so blunt but we all got to live and pay bills but don't need to be in debt over utility bills. For some reason where I live gas companies have a tendency to overcharge I guess because we are not considered to be in real houses. But it's my home and have been living here for 8 years.
