It would be nice if we could receive a text when the delivery driver is coming to deliver. Scared my MIL when he pulled up and was walking beside the house. Not as big a deal for us, but she's 83 and has dementia.

Customer service, be it in the form of David Caulder--a fellow veteran--or be it in the form of the excellent customer service I received over the phone on 16 January @ 2:09 pm. Even to the operator who filled my tank and informed me of a leak that had escaped my notice (20 January at 08:43 am).
Your manager, delivery drivers, and office personnel at the Albemarle Office, as well as the Customer Service Representative on the phones, are very helpful and courteous.

At first when I ordered a refill, they told me it would take 10 days, but they came in 5 instead. So that was good, due to the very cold weather and tank being very low.
