A brief "blip" in hot water caused me to reach out to Yadkin Propane about 5:15 on a Friday. The call was answered, and the lady expressed concern and set us up for delivery of propane - not the next Monday, but the next day. We received a call Saturday morning and were to check the propane level in the underground tank and call them back; we were unable to access the gauges and did not call back. In a few hours, a tanker was at our house. the driver, John," went the extra mile to clean debris from the access area and refilled the tank, no doubt spending considerably more time than is standard for a call. Service response from the phone call to delivery of the propane was fantastic. We could not be more pleased. .
