It would be nice if we could receive a text when the delivery driver is coming to deliver. Scared my MIL when he pulled up and was walking beside the house. Not as big a deal for us, but she's 83 and has dementia.

I have been able to speak directly with customer service each time during setting up our account and service. They notified me with a window for delivery of our tank and propane. Prices are good.
