The people are great: in particular, Darlene in the office, and our wonderful delivery driver, Ricky Pool, who has been managing our deliveries for years.
I like the way you always keep my fuel supplied. How you never let me run out. I also like your budget payment plan. I also like how friendly your office people and your service people are.
I was almost ready to find a new provider with the amount you are charging for your propane gas. $3.79 Thankfully I spoke with Randy and he was able to lower my cost so me father in-law and I are now staying. At $3.79 it's cheaper to have electric.
I ran out of propane at 8 PM on a cold night and Carolina Energies had new fuel in my tank before midnight! When you have an emergency they were there to help.
