I received a follow-up call about the recent survey I completed. I relayed to the gentleman I spoke with on the phone about the issues I encountered. I do appreciate the professionalism and help that were provided over the phone. My initial survey may have been a little too harsh and upon rethinking the circumstances that surrounded this case. I should have done a 3-4/10 just given the fact that I did get propane in a timely manner despite the issues with communication. I do appreciate the fact that workers were having to work overtime in order to ensure my house was serviced. I was home at 7:45, but I did not hear the driver and it wasn't until the next day that I found the service slip on the ground by my back door.
I got my delivery sooner than expected and that was a good thing since we had bad weather. You even gave me time to pay for it. Thank you so much!
Comfort of knowing my propane tank needs are monitored by Carolina Energies and I don't have to worry about lack of propane for my heat, hot water needs. Also have had nothing but personable delivery drivers and that's a major part of being comfortable with a company - thank you for great service and folks who actually care about clients!
