I was contacted today by a representative of this company to resolve my issues with the company. The gentleman was courteous, professional and I believe he was very sincere in wanting to resolve my issues with the company. We set a date and time for a company representative to come to my home to discuss the services I require.

I received a follow-up call about the recent survey I completed. I relayed to the gentleman I spoke with on the phone about the issues I encountered. I do appreciate the professionalism and help that were provided over the phone. My initial survey may have been a little too harsh and upon rethinking the circumstances that surrounded this case. I should have done a 3-4/10 just given the fact that I did get propane in a timely manner despite the issues with communication. I do appreciate the fact that workers were having to work overtime in order to ensure my house was serviced. I was home at 7:45, but I did not hear the driver and it wasn't until the next day that I found the service slip on the ground by my back door.
