Prompt delivery. Good communication on order. Ability to pay by bank draft. Have some special instructions to bring long hose and stay off concrete which has routinely been satisfied.
You guys delivered 2 days after I requested a refill and the driver was in and out in 15 minutes or so. He would have been quicker but I went out to wish thank him and wish him a Merry Christmas. Thanks
My need for propane came earlier than I anticipated. The driver who filled the tank was super nice and very accommodating.

The propane service is very good, but if you have a problem, you will no likely get an answer or a person that can provide an answer.
I think they work to keep prices as low as possible. They inform me when bad weather may cause outages so that I can be prepared with alternative sources since I am medically dependent on power.
