The Professional people that have helped us so far have been wonderful.

They were on site the day of the flood and worked through the weekend to get it under control

Tim was extremely nice and professional. He was prompt and thorough, even over a holiday weekend. He did everything he could to make a stressful situation more bearable and I appreciated his level of communication with us and insurance, and that he showed us before and after photos of under the house so that we could see both the damage and the restoration.

Your technician was friendly and as helpful as he could be considering we had a telephone problem with connecting. He came back to replace th fallen plastic walls which fell down . I'm not sure what to do with the contractor list you provided. This is a confusing situation.

The worker were there within 2 hours of our call to our insurance company. They came by a few times to check out the progress of drying of the water damage. All the workers were knowledgeable and very nice.

They were courteous and very clean. They came when they said they would.
