Very Responsive and quick to resolve issues. Our insurance company has been HORRIBLE, but it was nice that Service Masters was able to work with us while we wait FOREVER for our insurance co. to actually respond and get us some money. It has taken way longer to get money from State Farm than it ever should have, and that is after we FINALLY got a response from them...I DO NOT recommend State Farm, but I DO recommend Service Masters.

Service master had the equipment that was needed to dry out my wood floors after a large water spill in my kitchen. However they didn't clean up very well after removing ceiling tiles downstairs.

The team did a fantastic job of cleaning up after my fire. The smell of smoke was bad but they managed to get rid of it. I was very impressed with the folks doing the cleaning, their attention to the little details was very much appreciated and makes all the difference to me. Tyler was the project manager and was always quick to answer me on any queries I had and was just very helpful overall. I have never had need of these kind of services before but would not hesitate to use ServiceMaster again and would recommend them to anyone else.
