The work was done on time, done right and with a great warranty. Their online system made keeping track of the whole process easy and choosing what you wanted to get done and not get done very easy and clear. On top of that in my case, the work ended up costing me less than I thought because they made a adding mistake on the estimate which they caught and corrected. The price was also very reasonable for the work that was done. I couldn't be happier.

I am new to Colorado Springs and was looking for a shop that I can build a relationship with. After speaking to a few people and reading reviews, I chose the Christian Brothers location at Voyager and Interquest. I couldn't be happier. I initially called with questions about repair options and the rep at CBA was super helpful and took his time with me to make sure all of my questions were answered. Then I made an appt and when I brought my car in, the rep I spoke to on the phone was unavailable but the person who was there was not only just as helpful but was up to date on what I needed done so I didn't have to explain things again. I will definitely be going back the next time one of my cars needs work that I can't do in my garage.

Great service and clear communication
From start to finish Christian Brothers Automotive provided the best customer service and timeline information on the progress of my vehicle while in the shop. When I need my vehicle serviced again, this is the only place I will take it and value their input on all services they provide.
I knew what was wrong with my car when I brought it in. They listened to me and did not try to do a bunch of stuff to it outside of the scope of what I knew what was wrong with it, and they fixed the problem.
They are always extremely courteous and polite. They never try to up-sell and they are knowledgeable and proficient at what they do. If I had any criticism it would be that both times I’ve had work done, my vehicle wasn’t completed by the promised time. It’s always better to under promise and over deliver. Thirty to forty minutes may be a lot for some folks. That aside, absolutely the best shop and group of auto mechanic guys I’ve ever dealt with.
