The fast friendly honest service! Yasmine was very prompt in getting my info and requested services documented almost as soon as I pulled up to the bay line. Offered me cold water, kept me informed on the process in real time. Abraham was the technician servicing my vehicle and as always he does a fantastic job. I had a misunderstanding with my last service. The manager called me, to explain and inform me they had the clips needed to remove the zip ties and replace with the correct clips for the bottom protective plastic. I went in and the manager explained the misunderstanding and took care of the clips. I am extremely grateful that he called and explained to make things right. Thank you, Christopher Guzman!
