I have been to other Lube Express and have experience different pricing rudeness just different not very welcoming just never felt the comfort that I feel when I go to Eastlake I go out of my way to go to the Eastlake facility and I have been going there for a couple years now about maybe four maybe more they’re always so friendly. They are always so helpful. They always try to give me the best price when my car needs something. It’s because it really needs it not because it’s a check off of a box for them they are just super friendly, super welcoming, super helpful and I will continue to go there

I recently made a vehicle inspection and the gentleman jacob Rodriguez was such a friendly,welcoming and very knowledgeable worker. He made my inspection fast and explained everything well to my understanding .
