I only take the aquatics class for seniors but I love the instructors, the music that’s played, that it starts & ends on time & that, overall, it is a great work out!

Each day, when I arrive at StoneyCreek, I'm greeted by a bright clean facility, friendly staff and great facilities.
Today, for 9:15 aquafit, Lena a great volunteer had an incident limiting her, but Tara stepped right in and provided an amazing 45 minute work out. Every move was perfectly executed by Tara. I know she is very aware of how the participants are doing! Her leadership was appreciated by all the participants
