Your Light & Lively fit program [Instructor: Steve] is soo much fun and gets me moving and feeling great. The music is fantastic and so is Steve, He has us doing age appropriate exercises and body movements which I know have helped me in so many ways. Feeling good physically and emotionally and best of all having fun with the others in these classes is so beneficial both physically and emotionally. Thanks Steve and Stoney Creek YMCA
Also I am loving Belinda's group grove fit/ dance class. She is a great dancer and is so much fun and of course the music is fantastic too. Love this program and all the body movements and fun. Everyone in the class is smiling and having a great time. Thanks Belinda ad Stoney Creek YMCA
And also, I have to mention the efficient and kind staff at Stoney Creek YMCA. I always get a hello and smile when I arrive and leave. And kudos to Kristofer at the front desk who is so friendly and fun and always greets me with a big fun hello and treats me like a celebrity. You kids warm my heart and in this crazy world right right now we all need to move and exercise and meet people and have fun. Thank you.
And of course I changed my Single Sr, Membership to a Family Membership. My kids love your Y and feel the same way I do.

I bought a swim pass for the first time and am enjoying the Aquafit class with friends. I really like the fact that I don’t need a full membership to enjoy the pool.
I have only used the pool so far and am impressed by the instructors and cleanliness of the change room. Staff are friendly and always very helpful.

The facility is wonderful. Clean, bright. The staff are great as well.
I only use the pool during the hours of 1pm to 3pm. I love that I can just go at my own pace.
I do wish there was open pool during the summer in the same time slot.
All activities are great and machines are suitable for all cases.The staff is very friendly and cooperative

I like Aquafit
Aquafit classes. Great instructors, good workout and lots of fun.
I only do aqua fit and I just love this program. Have been doing this program for several years now. All of the instructors are fantastic and very connected to the individuals in the class. They lift your spirits with their enthusiasm and humour. Always brightens one’s day. The music is always energizing and is well thought out for the aqua fit moves. Their dedication to this program is notable. Karn
My entire family enjoys and benefits from the variety of sports, aquatics, and learning courses (babysitting/home alone courses) that have been provided. Having a variety of times that fit our schedule has been great!
