Love Lite and Lively with Steve Tuesdays and Thursdays. Also the bikes just outside Lite and Lively. Must try some other things.

I only use the weights/gym upstairs, but really love it. It’s an affordable membership, and you have everything needed. The staff have been very pleasant and the other members I’ve run into are great. A very comfortable space to work out in for all the aforementioned reasons!
That you sell pool only passes.

Hot water in showers can fluctuate. That could be improved.
There’s a great variety of classes and class times.
The instructors are experienced, qualified and friendly and upbeat.
I come therefore swimming only, like water temp. Life guards are courteous and co operative

the staff and the facilities are excellent.
I have a card for lane swims that I use twice a week or more. It is an excellent way to access the pool and get some exercise for senior citizens like myself, although I see all ages in the pool during free swim times.
I like aquafit especially.
