Lev is amazing! Her practice is inspiring and she always challenges my body, mind and spirit. Her hot fusion class is outstanding…it is intense and challenging, yet I always leave feeling calm and peaceful. I follow Lev to LoHi, South Colorado and Cherry Creek.

The instructor, April, was so fantastic and really made the experience so enjoyable! She was very supportive and made gentle adjustments when necessary. I felt so comfortable the entire class 10/10 experience!

LOVE Patti!!! She makes a class so fun and the flow is soooo good. The music is fun, energetic and the class always feels like it’s seconds instead of an hour. Also ally with the name Patricia not too many young girls still have that. You ROCK Patti and make Thursdays even more sweet!
