The HPF class was actually hot. No opening doors like in other hot yoga classes that I have taken recently. I use hot yoga classes to manage pain. Special thanks to Kelly for the bringing the heat.

I love the community, I love the encouraging instructors. I love how amazing I feel after the yoga sculpt, C2, HPF, and all the classes. Truly my favorite workout. The studio is always nice and spacious.
