I love this studio! But I am bummed that so many of the early evening C2 and HPF classes (4pm, 5pm, 530pm) have been pulled from the schedule without any replacement or with only CSX. I love sculpt but need to get my stretching in too!!
My first time trying this newer weight class (CSX), although I've attended yoga and sculpt classes at CorePower off and on for years. I loved this class and instructor Cassie was great. Good cues, great energy. I'll definitely be back.
