Even all of her substitutes have been terrific teachers. My family and I look forward to this class every week, and find it essential for our own personal well-being. I like the classes and the instructors - just the right amount of challenge and motivation. The heat is great as well. I would love more inversion classes. This class/workshop was offered recently but the class was full so I would love to see that class offered again.
The classes, space, and teachers are great. I also appreciate the locker room, showers and products available as I shower after class before I go to work.
I took a sculpt class on Sunday with Ariana R., and it was amazing! The pace, the movements, and the playlist were all spot-on. Plus, Ariana was super friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be signing up for another one of her classes! 🙏

Madison (Maddie) was awesome giving clear instruction, gently offering more while not requiring it. She made this newcomer feel comfortable and apart of from the moment class began. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone.
