Madi, the instructor has an uplifting voice that encourages me to get more out of each pose. She is welcoming to all levels of yoga students. I would highly recommend this C 1.5 low heat class when you are not quite up to a C2 !
The instructors are professional service oriented, super personalities just a fun place to improve yourself and get major exercise. It’s a great part of my day during the one hour plus the benefits all day and week long.

It is clean and has nice ambiance especially the entrance area. I also like women's changing room. The showers and amenity area is wide and good.
Awesome teachers, great community, and big studio rooms with large windows and high ceilings. Hands down the best Core Power Yoga studio I have ever been to (and I have been to several in my 1000+ sessions).
I really enjoyed the studio! It was big enough to hear the instructor all the way around. Also the natural light was really nice. The locker rooms were clean! Victoria was so kind

The Community Class on 1/10 was taught by 6 Teachers in Training and they all were great! Their energy was great, love the progress they have made over the training period too, congratulations!
Always clean, love the instructors, only reason I do not go to this location more is bc of limited parking :(

I had an amazing experience at Core Power Torrance. First with Mai w/ sculpt then I experienced George’s HPF and Oh My what an out of body experience!!! George even helped with a fe poses for optimal effectiveness! I so enjoyed it and I will return. My body needs HPF! Thank you! George you are the bomb! 💣
