I took a restorative yoga class at CorePower and it was exactly what my body needed. The studio was calm, clean, and welcoming, and the instructor guided us through the session with a really grounding, intentional energy. The pacing was slow in the best way — enough time to settle into each posture and actually feel my nervous system unwind. I walked out feeling lighter, clearer, and genuinely restored. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I always have a wonderful experience no matter who teaches, but I especially like the Rockridge location because of the studio layouts and floor plans, and my favorite classes are Arianna’s Tues sculpt class and Bridget’s Thurs C2 class.
