I went to a class instructed by Heather!! She was so kind and made a welcoming environment. She took the time to check in with us before and after. This is a place you can go for a good workout & to clear your mind. I definitely recommend taking a class here!

i love the instructor sophia m so much!! i take her core restore every week religiously and always walk out feeling 10x better than when i came in. she’s so passionate about her work in all of her classes and even goes the extra mile with things like sound healing instruments. even though im walking distance to the utc studio, i travel elsewhere to take her classes whenever i see her on the schedule. she deserves so much recognition for her amazing work. thank you sophia!!!

Whitney's flow was challenging yet accessible. I was sore for a couple days after! She gave specific and helpful cues, and her hands on assists were super supportive.
