Teachers are excellent!
Santa Barbara CP is the best, as you already know. Other studios across the country are eh.
If only the studios could actually mimic the flows from SB, the other studios would be better. I find other studios don't have true flows rather choppy movements. Sometimes they stop to say "we are working on this pose" and it just doesn't fit.
love how theres a lot of weights and looks newer, and i was wondering if we can get new weights at Brea CPY.

I enjoy the great teachers, variety of classes, studio cleanliness and welcoming environment. Although MB is the farthest South Bay studio to my home I like taking classes there every so often to keep my practice fresh. I take C2 classes from Lucia, Deanna, Matteah, Noreen, Sarah and Amanda to name a few. I also take Sculpt from Bianca. Kudos to Racquel for doing a tremendous job managing MB!
From the moment I walked into CorePower Point Loma, I was greeted by a friendly face who took the time to show me around and help me get signed in.
I was really impressed by the professionalism of the staff and how attentive and responsive everyone was. The class itself was excellent, well-structured and led by an instructor who brought such a positive, encouraging energy.
Instructors set the tone that helps me to ground into my awareness and reflection. Best way to start or close out the day.
Great teachers! Great variety of classes to choose from. Love the Wednesday Strength X and Friday and Saturday C2. I attend as many classes as possible every time I visit SB.
Julie had such a great message in her class! The music was fun and the class was an awesome workout.
One minor little thing I have noticed.... in some locations the vents have so much dust on them and I don't think that is very healthy. Maybe clean vents every now and then.

Classes are great. Instructors work hard to provide new and creative flows each week. Heat level is always on point and lots of different class times throughout the day!

I miss Tony teaching at Thousand Oaks studio, I love Amanda class on Wednesdays at 10:30. 10:30 is my time for HPF classes
Core Power for me has been a life changing experience. It offers multiple classes in which what ever level you at, if you take advantage of these different classes, will not only transform your fitness level, but also your spirit. I’ve lost 25 pounds, gained strength, flexibility, endurance, annd just feel so much better. All in one. Try it.

Aly Metcalfe is the reason that I joined, and I am so grateful for her class and this little community of yogis. I don’t love the corporate feel but I do love the humans!

Not only are the classes strong, fun, efficient, and professional. The rooms are big, clean, full of anything you need. Teachers are so good. Work outs are amazing, music never fails and more importantly everyone is friendly. Has become home away from home.

Variety of class types and quality of instructors. Acceptance and space to modify your practice based on your needs (I never feel badly if I take only something’s and leave the rest. Being over 60 in a sea of young students this really helps)
