I really appreciate the way the teachers guide the class with clarity and kindness, especially my current teacher, Dina Paz. True to her name, she brings peace, strength, and calm to the room. Every now and then I get insecure about a pose, and somehow she picks up on it. She reassures me that I’m where I need to be. She’s incredibly intuitive.
Friendly instructors
CorePower is one of my favorite companies for experience and customer service. The classes are stimulating and creative. Rebecca Mo was at the front desk and immediately said Hi and knew my name! I had taken months off with an ankle injury and had not seen her in over a year. The instructor (was her name Cara? - Tustin) was very challenging, did not do the expected, typical cardio routine in the middle of class (she created other ways for cardio, which I loved), and ran the class well. She was friendly and inviting. When I have had to freeze my membership over the years, CP has always been very understanding and accommodating. I am so grateful for my CorePower membership!

Great workouts and class selection
Costa Mesa HPF with Kayla on Thursday night is a great experience. I have used my monthly buddy pass to invite my sister who practices at Y6 and she is loving her time practicing at CP. We are close to converting her to CorePower!!!
The staff and environment is amazing. The only thing that is difficult is the parking. It gets very crowded in the structure.

We love the Encinitas studio staff and class options! It’d be nice to have some blinds in the studio1 - that sun from all the windows is so harsh all year long.

The staff are really nice.
With La Costa open, it's been more apparent the heat difference of the studios. I don't understand instructors opening doors and cooling the room down in Encinitas when the heat isn't uniform in the room anyway. It's frustrating to feel the cold air during class when I sign up for a hot sculpt class.
