The staff at the Nopa location were very friendly and welcoming upon my first visits to their location and then during class, all the cues were perfectly timed for when I needed them. I am fit enough for the classes I signed up for, but I still get a little anxious going to new classes and I appreciate the warmth and welcome I got from everyone at this location.

Staff is friendly and makes you feel very welcomed everytime you come in. The windows makes it feel less stuffy compared to other locations.

Renee's Sculp class was awesome in every way. I mostly appreciated how she made me feel ok about "listening to my body". I could not do everything that was in the class but felt ok about it.

The studio was clean and well lit, and it was the only sculpt class that wasn’t just miserably hot. The coach was the best ice ever had, very motivating and she gave us air flow and opened the door at appropriate times and had a good volume of music.
I really liked that there was a 5 am option for a class!
