My experience at the Ventura location has always been positive. Kati is an expert and makes you feel at home. She never makes you feel intimidated or left behind. The facilities are great, fresh feeling and clean. It’s in a great spot too- usually grab a smoothie across the street after class.
I like the energizing workouts, supportive instructors, and how each class leaves me feeling stronger, more balanced, and less stressed.
