This is very similar to every other Core Power studio I have been to. Instructor did a great job. Studio was not too hot, YAY! I also like the class started at 5:30 am.

Everything! The instructors are inviting and friendly. The workouts are on point - I get smoked in nearly every class. I love the community feel at La Mesa. It makes me want to come back and see friends again and again, while working out. It has changed my life. I am now an active (working out every day, if not twice a day) person again.
My one hour of sweating with Elanor is the best part of my week. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

I love CorePower at Del Mar Highlands.The Yoga Sculpt classes are challenging and so much fun. But what really makes this place special is the instructors. Every single one is so welcoming and full of positive energy. They make you feel part of the community from the moment you walk in. Every class is different, and I always leave feeling amazing (and exhausted!). Honestly, I can't recommend it enough!
