Great instructors
Chandler was a great instructor! Not only was his class fun but it was also challenging while easy to follow. His playlist was on point and kept me motivated till the end. One of the best Core Yoga classes i have ever attended. Simply AMAZING!!!

Amazing C2 at Costa Mesa CPY. The studio is welcoming and inviting. Our class was excellent. Highest quality teacher! Her cues and adjustments were great. I enjoyed the playlist so much. The heated class with no humidity pumping at me as other studios was very pleasant.

I love Core Power because they offer a wide variety of heated classes all day long. This makes it super convenient for me. In particular I love the sculpt classes, because those are always challenging and I am often (a little) sore the next day. The teachers are great, the studio is always clean, and the upbeat energy I feel when I walk in the door is outstanding.
