Amazing C2 at Costa Mesa CPY. The studio is welcoming and inviting. Our class was excellent. Highest quality teacher! Her cues and adjustments were great. I enjoyed the playlist so much. The heated class with no humidity pumping at me as other studios was very pleasant.

I love Core Power because they offer a wide variety of heated classes all day long. This makes it super convenient for me. In particular I love the sculpt classes, because those are always challenging and I am often (a little) sore the next day. The teachers are great, the studio is always clean, and the upbeat energy I feel when I walk in the door is outstanding.

The classes, teachers and community are excellent however there should be a stricter policy enforcing no phones in class.
There was an incident recently where a student was taking video of herself during class. It was distracting to those around her and also had people in the background of tbe video who were trying to enjoy their class.
Sydnee is an amazing teacher and person. She's kind, caring, relatable and instructive and gentle and creates an ideal environment. I am so grateful for this lovely class and the kind classmates.
CorePower offers a great mix of intensity and mindfulness. I loved the challenge of using weights in a heated room, and the instructor was fantastic. Overall, a great, high-energy experience

Julia is an exceptional yoga teacher. In addition, her music mix and positive affirmations are very healing.
I’ve had an absolutely amazing time! You can make it harder or easier depending on how intense you want the workout, but if you go all in then holy crap it’s a great time.
Someone has to say something about Wendy C. Her positive attitude and smile from when you walk in to how she varies her classes and incorporates great themes are simply the best. She is one of the best you have.

Best yoga studio in the bay area!
I’ve been attending Alyssa’s yoga classes for a while now and she’s been fantastic. She creates a welcoming, supportive environment and does a great job guiding the class at a pace that works for everyone. Her instructions are clear, the flows are well thought out, and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Highly recommend her classes.
Kylie is an amazing instructor! The class was structured so well that when she eased us into the more advanced positions, I was actually able to do them.

I love the community and variety of classes offered. I’ve been practicing at core power for a few years now and would love to level up with a teacher training. I would LOVE to do a CSX training. CSX has become one of my favorite classes and I’d be super excited to do a training at the PB studio :)
