I like the atmosphere and cleanliness of the studio. The instructors are all VERY supportive and it is a welcoming place to be, no matter what level a person is at.

I love the atmosphere of the studio. Everything from the music in the classes, to the smell in the room. I have never been to a yoga class before this week and I am hooked! The teachers I have experienced so far are great.

We like the studio. Thank you for adding more non heated classes to the schedule.
Just a few comments:
-on the Southside we would like to see more sessions lead by Melissa and Jenna Pokholka ( sorry if we misspelled her last name) who are very professional and knowledgeable , and fun
-maybe it's time to switch non-heated yoga to the bigger room ( it looks like more and more people are abandonning the hot yoga and coming back to the basics).

Really enjoy Emily and Neil as instructors. I like that they teach you how to safely perform the various poses. They will assist you into the correct pose. Neil builds a personal relationship with his students that adds a nice touch. Love the tea! Staff is friendly and the place is clean.

Each class is a bit different, the instructors are amazing! The studio is very clean and inviting. I love it here!

Clean studio and it's not too busy. Very organized and class sizes are not too full

I like the variety of classes that Yogalife offers, the instructors are knowledgeable and professional, the north side studio is very clean. The only issue I've had is that sometimes the website doesn't work properly and will not let me reserve a class. (BTW, you could not have found a better instructor than Gabi to teach your Yoga Therapeutics class. I come away from her class every Sunday feeling incredibly relaxed!)

I like the variety of classes. I find I am able to pick and choose my classes based on what I need from my practice that day (non-heated vs. heated, more challenging instructor vs. less challenging). I also find Yogalife to be a very welcoming environment. The instructors are also excellent and take the time to get to know their students.

First of all. It's not cliquey. People come and go and it's very welcoming. There is one girl in particular that I have been seeing before yin class. She is very sweet and always smiling. I love the tea when I can get it but I've been going to the last class lately so I don't blame anyone for being shut down. I love the face wipes. A lot. I've never seen this little treat in any of the other yoga establishments. The locker rooms are always clean. Lots of supplies to look at. It's just wonderful. My favourite teacher has been Emarald, I think that was her name. She has an amazing voice and brought me to tears at the end. Beautiful closure. The fruit is a nice touch too but I noticed people touching and digging around in the bowl. I got a nasty flu from a fruit bowl sample plate once so that kind of freaked me out. I am definitely a huge fan of yogalife and will be a monthly user for sure.
