What do you like about our services?

It is very convenient and for me (I go on average 5 times per week) very cost effective. Further, I like ALL the Practice Leaders, although some practices are MUCH better than others.

What do you like about our services?

The facilities are clean and very relaxing. The staff are friendly.

Yogalife North really needs a family class though. My daughters attended the tween/teen camp this summer but now cannot continue with yoga as there are no family classes available at this time.

What do you like about our services?

I like the pleasant people who work at the desk and I enjoy the hot yoga classes. I must say there are two outstanding instructors, Sara and Graham, whose classes I love to go to. They are fantastic, remarkable, and wonderful individuals with a very soothing nature. Sara's hot flow classes are truly magnificent; they energize me, make me laugh, and really relax me. While, Graham's yin classes are absolutely serene.

What do you like about our services?

Class schedule works well for me and the location of the studio. Proximity to my work and to home are key to a consistent practice for me. This is the primary factor for my continuing to attend through the recent changes re heat in the class (still very inconsistent in the north studio, never know what I'm going to get - warm, lukewarm, hot or both hot and cool). Like the addition of the vinyasa classes with experienced instructors.

I understand that change in instructors is inevitable but the dynamics of the class change as well and have found that some of the new instructors classes are inconsistent with level of practice and are often a bit too subdued and monotone. particularly for those classes offered at prime time (5:00 and later)

What do you like about our services?

The service that Yogalife provides is top quality with a fresh, clean, and healthy approach. The schedule is flexible with many various classes and times to choose from. The locker room has amenities that perk up a visit with fresh towels, hair ties, blow dryer, and more. The space is aesthetically pleasing with bright light and tasteful decor.
