The studio is inviting clean great staff great classes the only one request is instructor was very hard to hear in Hot Yoga class at times it felt as if she was mumbling being new I was unfamiliar with poses so it would have been nice to hear her better.

What do you like about our services?

I have enjoyed both of the instructors whose classes I have attended: Michelle and Amy. The classrooms are both large enough for the number of people attending, with well placed mirrors and good ventilation. The space is clean.

What do you like about our services?

The front staff is friendly and inviting. Complimentary tea and apples are very moce touches as well. Yoga instructors are of excellent quality. The only reason that I didn't give a 10 is that I think the monthly fees could be more affordable.

What do you like about our services?

Very friendly and family-like atmosphere with everyone welcomed. Classes are prompt; Service is great and staff are knowledgeable. I've now experienced several different types of yoga studios and LOVE Yogalife the BEST.

I recently sent this e-mail:

I wanted to send a note of praise for Alyssa MacNeil.

I recently signed up for the 4-week introduction package. I sent an e-mail inquiring about the studio and what practice would be best for Fertility. Alyssa had responded to my e-mail and we set up a meeting at the studio to review the practices. She was warm and welcoming when I arrived at the studio, printed out a class schedule highlighting her recommendations (after consulting with the prenatal instructors) and printed out fertility friendly yoga poses.

During a follow-up call, I inquired about fertility focused Malas. Alyssa did more research for me and she sent me the link to the supplier. Recently, she called to let me know a mala and bracelet (fertility friendly) had come in and that she could put them aside for me so I could see them before purchasing.

What wonderful examples of outstanding customer service!

I am grateful she responded to my e-mail and I feel she genuinely cared about my journey and experience at the studio.
